If you love to start the day with an iced cold matcha, we have got just the thing for you. Mumbai’s Boojee Cafe is all set to hold a matcha pop-up with matcha savant Veronica Bahl this month! This one-day event will bring an exclusive menu filled with matcha goodies all blended by the connoisseur herself.
When and where is the matcha pop-up?
To be held on June 6, you can stop by the Boojee Cafe between 4 pm and 7 pm to sample the matcha blend on offer. Instagram’s matcha girl, Veronica Bahl, has previously been a part of a series of pop-ups around Mumbai cafes, bringing her spin to the delish drink. From matcha-inspired desserts to drink concoctions, her creations have inspired a community of substantial matcha lovers.
What can we expect?
Though the upcoming brews remain a secret, Veronica’s previous pop-ups have produced stunning infusions to the classic blend. We are talking frothy sips of iced vanilla matcha, blubbery matcha, pours of mango blends and even rose water infusions. So this time we have our fingers crossed for some delicious new blends to try, a couple of old favourites, and a steady stream of desserts!
