As a way to bring Europe’s aperitivo culture to Mumbai, this assortment of spritzes urges Mumbaikars to adopt sobremesa– the Spanish tradition of relaxing after a meal, only this time you have delicious cocktails to keep you company.

Offering one of the most varied spritz selections in the city, Amelia’s new menu charts a course starting from the sunny shores of Amalfi, travelling up the chilly streets of London to tucked bars in Paris and bustling plazas of Rome. With a total of nine cities inspiring nine refreshing cocktails, we’d say plan a long lunch and try them all! Tuck in a few slices of their wood-fired pizzas and handmade creamy pastas for a quick break before rolling back to the colourful spritzes.
The Venetian Spritz comes bearing classic concoctions and a bright orange slice. Amaro Spritz, carrying bittersweet hints, is laced with baby’s breath, while the quintessential Aperol Spritz is nothing short of a calling card for Italy. Furthermore, the Blood Orange Spritz features a caramelised grapefruit wedge, and the Lapsang Spritz infuses honey, finishing with a strong thyme smoke.
